Quality Audit
Our Quality Assurance (QA) department has well established guidelines and procedures to manage SOPs, documents, Review, QA Audit System, Corrective and Preventive Action System and QA monitors to monitor the performance of your clinical study and review the final CSR or TMF.
The Quality Assurance department also provides stand alone services to our clients as need basis to perform quality audit of the clinical sites to qualify them for the intended study, GCP training for principal investigators and medical staff, implement and maintain quality management systems to make sure it meets the highest standard of the industry to meet compliance program, GCP, GMP and GLP regulations and ISO 9000 quality standards.
