Patient Recruitment

GCTRO has created a unique model for Early Phase Development which brings the expertise and experience of the West together with the cost effectiveness and efficient resources of the east. Due to our Strategic partnership with Hawaii Clinical Research Center, we have an experience of conducting over 150 Early Phase studies spanning over 20 years. Recently with setting up a CRU (Clinical Research Unit) in QRG Hospital in Faridabad ( India) we have positioned ourselves to conduct Early Phase Clinical Studies (Phase I and II) at a very competitive price and controlling the quality, integrity, and accuracy of every aspect of the study.

GCTRO Proprietary Population Research (GPR) goes beyond standard protocol information and evaluates these and many more factors and creates an exacting roadmap for clinical trial enrollment success; factors involving geography, economics, patient’s proximity and access to healthcare, and the etiology and prevalence of the disease or illness under study.Major factors to consider are availability of transportation, age, sex, ethnicity and economics We have a very complex proprietary patient recruitment model.

We have classified the Indian society across three sections in the tertiary cities and two sections in the secondary cities assuming that no trials will be done in primary areas for some time to come. In Tertiary cities we have classified on the basis of Gross Income of the family and a proprietary questionnaire which confirms the psychological status of the family .The three sections are GCTH(igh), GCTM(edium) and GCTL(ow)An underlying effort in the model is optimizing the message about the benefit of a clinical trial in order to attract the highest number of respondents (study candidates)
