Mr. Vijay Kumar has several years of experience in the Operational and Management aspects in the Clinical Research vertical of the pharmaceutical industry as a strategic expert implementing Clinical Trials and associated relationship Management Platform. He was an integral part of the team which established CRU(Clinical Research Unit) for a top Pharmaceutial Company. He was instrumental in architecting Clinical Trials Solutions for some big Pharma Companies in the initial era of automating the Clincial Trial Processes. He has worked for major Pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer and Roche. He has got a very good understanding of the outsourcing model and oversees the entire operations of GCTRO across all the departments. He is also the head for the Sales and Marketing division of GCTRO. He is a graduate from the highly acclaimed Indian Institute of Technology(IIT).

Dr. Mandeep Oberoi, who has completed his MD from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School, has been involved with Clinical Research for more than 10 years. He has been a Principal Investigator at Central Jersey Medical Research Center for more than 100 Clinical Trials, which included Phase II, III and IV studies. During this period, he worked with most of the top pharmaceutical companies in the United States and earned the reputation of being the highest recruiter for few studies. Besides being a supervisor of the Clinical Research Team, including physicians, he has also conducted multiple training sessions for GCP Training and Clinical Research Seminars.
