CTM and Ancillary services
We offer a practical solution for cost containment and a better management for clinical trail material (CTM). We will manage your clinical trial material from gaining the import permit to import in the country of interest, storage (ambient or temperature controlled), distribution, drug accountability to destruction at the end of the study.
We can also manage Interactive Voice recognition System and Web Response Services (IVRS/IWRS), allowing you to track your stock of CTM, distribution and shipment data in real-time which offer advantages like:
Control the drug supply and overproduction and shipment to reduce the cost and wastage of the costly CTM
Preserve the drug or limit the supply for the sites where the patient enrollment is poor
Study can begin at multiple sites with minimum quantity of drug supply and automatically re-supply only to the sites that are actively enrolling patients and consuming the existing drug supply
Provide flexibility to move the drug between various Depots and warehouses
Inventory of drug at various depots, warehouses and each clinical site enrolled in the study to manage CTM and reduce the excessive supply or avoid danger of no supply to the site where drug is needed most
