Dr. Denis is a very experienced Principal Investigator with experience in around 325 Phase I-IV studies. He is the president of Hawaii Clinical Research Center and is Consultant to Federal, State, and Territorial Government Agencies-ongoing since 1977. He also holds an academic position of Clinical Professor in John A. Burns School of Medicine, University of Hawaii.

Dr. Ruckle has been an Investigator for 300 clinical trials, mostly Phase I, including numerous First-Time-In-Humans trials. Experience and special interests include Japanese/Asian bridging studies, biologics, microdose, and patient populations including Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Obesity, Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension, and Osteoarthritis.
